We have several fulfillment centres around the world. America, Canada, UK and Australia. Items are shipped from the nearest shipping address location. Should that fulfillment centre be out of stock, it will then be shipped from the next nearest location.

Custom and Import charges are charged once an item has arrived in its destination country. Unfortunately, we have no control over what these charges are, as Custom and Import policies vary from country to country. We would advise that you find out what these charges may be before you place your order. 

Custom or Import Charges are not applicable for orders within the North America, UK and Australia.

Our fulfillment centres take about 3-7 business day to process the order and have them ready to be shipped.

Shipping within America, Canada, UK and Australia takes 3-7 business days once it leaves the fulfillment centres.

Other locations can take 14-28 days.
