Shipping
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays. Your order will typically leave one of our fulfillment centers within 4-6 business days of you placing your order and peak season would be 9-12 business days.
We use Canada Post, USPS, DHL, UPS or Ascendia Shipping to ensure safe arrival of your products in a timely manner.
International Shipping
We ship to most international locations. International shipments usually arrive within 9-19 business days. Please note that international shipments are often subject to customs/import fees, which vary by country and can delay delivery. You are responsible for any customs/import fees.
To find out what shipping costs will be to your country, please fill in your address when you place an order.
Order Modifications
We are unable to make changes to orders after they are placed. Orders that have yet to ship may be canceled and refunded so that a new order may be placed with the correct items.
If the order has already shipped, please contact customer service via email at ik@chadacup.com Customer service inquiries will be responded to within 24-48 hours Monday - Friday. If you write during the weekend, please be mindful that it may take longer than expected to hear back from us.
Returns
Please contact us at ik@chadacup.com to arrange the return ahead of time.
Customers may return unopened/ unused product for a refund within 14 days of purchase. It is the buyers responsibility to ship the item(s) back to us.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We cannot accept returns on opened product(s) or custom orders.
Returns sent back without prior notification will not be accepted.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Please do not return your purchase back if :
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or opened for reasons not due to our error.
- 14 or more days have passed since you received your order.
